Before you delete
- Cancel your subscription first. Ascent Oriental FZ-LLC does not cancel subscriptions on your behalf. On iOS, cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android, cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. If you delete the account first, your subscription keeps billing until you cancel it in the store.
- Export your data first if you want a copy. In the app: Profile → Privacy → Export my data. You'll receive a ZIP archive of your profile, dietary preferences, scan history, subscriptions, feedback, family memberships, and support tickets (GDPR Article 20).
- Once confirmed, you can't get the account back. Re-installing the app and signing in with the same email or Apple/Google account creates a new account, not a recovered one.
